TojayBet Terms and Conditions – Rules of Use for Pakistan

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing tojaybet.bio, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the TojayBet platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all services offered by TojayBet, including live casino games, sports betting, poker, baccarat, Andar Bahar, esports betting, and any other product that may be added to the platform in the future.

Acceptance is also implied when you make a deposit, claim a bonus, or submit a withdrawal request. If you are using TojayBet on behalf of a third party — for example, managing funds for a family member — you accept these Terms on behalf of that individual as well, and you are personally responsible for ensuring their compliance.

TojayBet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.

02 Eligibility

You may only register and use TojayBet if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other individual or group for the purpose of concealing the true account holder.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from TojayBet or any affiliated platform.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of an employee of TojayBet.

TojayBet may request proof of age at any time and will suspend account access pending verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately, with any remaining balance returned subject to identity verification.

03 Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

To register a TojayBet account, you must provide your full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and a date of birth. All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date. TojayBet may require you to submit identity documents including a CNIC copy, utility bill, or mobile wallet screenshot for verification purposes.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one TojayBet account. You may not register multiple accounts using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods. If duplicate accounts are detected, TojayBet will merge or close the duplicate and may forfeit any bonus balance associated with it.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. TojayBet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact support at support@tojaybet.bio immediately. TojayBet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your login details.

KYC Verification

TojayBet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with standard platform practices. You may be required to verify your identity before your first withdrawal or at any point TojayBet deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension. Documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

04 Deposits & Payments

TojayBet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 500 for card payments.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits credited to your TojayBet account are available for betting purposes only — they cannot be transferred to other members.
• TojayBet does not charge any platform fee on deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own standard transaction charges.
• In the event of a deposit error or technical failure, you must contact support within 48 hours. TojayBet will investigate and, where applicable, credit the correct amount.
• TojayBet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that appears to originate from fraudulent or suspicious activity.

05 Withdrawals

TojayBet processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for all methods. Standard processing times are:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 10 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank Transfer (IBFT): Within 1 hour for verified accounts.
• Visa / Mastercard: Within 1–3 business days subject to card network processing.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your KYC verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are only paid to accounts registered in your own name. TojayBet will not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• TojayBet reserves the right to perform additional identity checks on withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000.
• In the event of suspected fraud or a breach of these Terms, TojayBet may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending investigation.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

TojayBet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• The Welcome Bonus (100% match up to Rs 50,000) is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit made after registration.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and certain game types may contribute 0% towards bonus wagering.
• Bonus funds have an expiry period. Unused bonus balance that has not been wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• TojayBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn, wagering requirements already in progress will continue under the original terms.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, multi-accounting, or systematic low-risk betting patterns that appear designed to withdraw bonus funds rather than participate in genuine play will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on TojayBet, including cricket, football, esports, and other markets:

• All bets are accepted subject to TojayBet's current odds. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed — you will always see the final accepted odds before confirmation.
• Bets confirmed and accepted are binding. TojayBet does not cancel accepted bets except in cases of obvious pricing errors or technical fault.
• In the event of an event being abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to that specific sport and market type as published in TojayBet's Sports Betting Rules supplement.
• TojayBet reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on any market at its discretion, including limiting maximum stake sizes on specific accounts where abnormal betting patterns are detected.
• In-play betting markets are settled based on the result at the time the market was closed. TojayBet is not responsible for results occurring after market closure due to internet latency on the player's side.
• The maximum payout per single bet is Rs 5,000,000. Accumulator bets are subject to a separate maximum payout cap communicated in the bet slip before confirmation.

08 Casino Games

All casino games available on TojayBet — including live baccarat, live Andar Bahar, poker, roulette, and slot games — are subject to the following conditions:

• All virtual casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Live dealer games use physical cards and real-time dealing in a professionally managed studio environment.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published on the relevant game information page within the TojayBet platform.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, TojayBet's system will complete the hand according to the predefined rules for that game. Auto-fold or auto-stand rules apply depending on the game type.
• Bets placed and confirmed before a technical interruption are binding. TojayBet is not obligated to reinstate a game state that cannot be verified.
• Jackpot games, where available, are subject to their own specific rules and payout conditions, which are displayed within the game interface.

09 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at TojayBet:

• Using any automated betting software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to place bets on your behalf.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation may be voided.
• Colluding with other players at poker or other player-versus-player games to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity where you have non-public information that would give you an unfair advantage.
• Using another person's TojayBet account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Placing bets for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Abusing TojayBet's customer support team or using threatening, offensive, or discriminatory language in any communication with TojayBet staff.

TojayBet employs automated monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is confirmed, TojayBet may void related bets, forfeit bonus balances, suspend the account pending investigation, or permanently close the account without notice. Applicable funds may be retained pending the outcome of any investigation.

10 Responsible Gaming

TojayBet is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all members at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen pop-ups at regular intervals showing your net win/loss position for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from TojayBet. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent. Minimum self-exclusion period is 30 days.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

TojayBet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that document. The key principles are:

• Your data is collected only for the purpose of operating your account and complying with platform obligations.
• TojayBet does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Data is stored with AES-256 encryption.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data or to request deletion of your account data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Marketing communications from TojayBet require your opt-in consent and can be withdrawn at any time through your account settings.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on tojaybet.bio — including the TojayBet brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of TojayBet and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any TojayBet content without explicit written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use TojayBet solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to download, cache, or scrape content from the platform.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TojayBet's liability to any member is limited to the balance held in that member's account at the time a claim arises. TojayBet is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to internet connectivity issues on the member's side.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Technical failures outside TojayBet's reasonable control, including server outages caused by hosting infrastructure providers.
• Decisions made by members under their own free will, including any financial loss arising from betting or gaming activity.

TojayBet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may perform maintenance that temporarily suspends services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

14 Account Suspension & Closure

TojayBet may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Member's own request to close the account.

Where an account is closed due to a member's own request and no Terms violation is involved, any eligible balance will be returned to the member's verified payment method within 5 business days, after deducting any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements. In cases where closure is initiated due to a Terms violation, TojayBet reserves the right to withhold and investigate the balance before release.

15 Changes to These Terms

TojayBet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, TojayBet will notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Minor editorial changes that do not affect member rights may be made without advance notice.

The version number and last-updated date shown at the top of this page are updated with every revision. Continued use of TojayBet after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
