On the next screen, add your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, and your city. Confirm you are 18 or over, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and submit. No. TojayBet strictly allows one account per person. You must be at least 18 years old. Age is confirmed through the date of birth you provide at registration and verified via CNIC during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 is closed immediately and the balance is returned to the account holder's parent or guardian after identity confirmation.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. Log in to TojayBet, go to Account Settings, and select Verify Account. Upload a clear photo of the front and back of your CNIC. The verification team reviews submissions and most accounts are approved within a few hours. Once approved, withdrawals are processed without any additional identity checks.

Click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter the mobile number or email address linked to your account and you will receive a reset OTP or link within seconds. Yes. Log in and go to Account Settings → Personal Details. You can request a mobile number update, which requires OTP verification on both the old and new number. If you no longer have access to your old number, contact support@tojaybet.bio and the team will carry out an identity check before updating your details.
Deposits & Withdrawals

So if you receive Rs 5,000 in bonus funds, you need to place bets totalling Rs 150,000 before that bonus converts to real withdrawable PKR.
